Fees

The most cost effective way to use my services is phone for a free initial consultation, where after reviewing the RFT (if that’s permissible) I will give you advice on what I believe are the key issues. You or your staff would then prepare tender, and then following acceptance of a quote, I would review the completed tender document and provide further suggestions.

It’s very difficult to estimate how much it will cost to prepare a tender from scratch, as the fees depend largely on the nature of the tender, and how engaged your staff are in the process. A best case scenario is that:

I’m involved as early in the process as possible

Your organisation has all its documentation and accreditation (where applicable) up to date

I’m provided  with the information and documentation as promptly as possible

There is someone I can call during business hours to clarify any issues that arise

I charge $150 per hour, and to prepare a tender from scratch can take anywhere from 30 to 50 hours. I ‘m also happy to review your tender submissions, and make suggestions, and this takes three to five hours. The more you do, the less I do, and the less I charge. Ask yourself how important is the tender, what could it be worth to your business. I’m happy to provide an initial free phone consultation, and I will provide a quote once you’ve given me details about what you require.
